Detection of biological fluids

In addition to the solving of certain kinds of private investigations, LabGenetics offers, among its services, the possibility of having preliminary tests done to detect any biological-type fluids. This can be delivered rapidly (in just 48 hours) with total confidentiality and complete reliability guaranteed:

Semen detection test

In LabGenetics we can detect the presence of seminal liquid in any garment, or on any kind of material that you provide us with. Two complementary tests are done: acid phosphatase test and detection of prostate-specific antigen (PSA).

If you desire, the DNA from the semen stain can be extracted and compared with the petitioner's DNA to see if they correspond to the same person, or to the related ones.

Likewise, you can ask us for a test to determine whether the stain belongs to a person of male or female sex.

Saliva detection test

We can detect the presence of saliva (alpha-amylase) in any kind of stains of biological origin, even if it is mixed with other fluids.

Blood detection test

LabGenetics uses the most advanced methodology to detect bloodstains, even when they could be invisible to the naked eye.

Once the bloodstain has been located, it is possible to extract the DNAfrom it and have it compared with the petitioner's DNA or with any other person involved in the investigation, and then check whether they correspond to the same person.
